The original, rustic construction and the ancient cistern in the courtyard, nestled in a Mediterranean garden and surrounded by 6,000 m2 cultivated land with orange, lemon, olive and almond trees, a small vegetable garden, free-running chicken, sheep, the dog Nala and Berry the cat, truly provide a finca experience.

Privacy and coziness of your own home, ideal for groups of 6 people
On about 200m2 of interior space, the separate guesthouse offers 3 bedrooms, each with bath en suite and 2 feature a private terrace. An American kitchen with adjoining dining and living area complete the living comfort. Outside the house there is a shaded breakfast terrace in the courtyard and another sunny terrace overlooking the orange and lemon trees with adjoining BBQ and lounge area.

The guest house "Refügio" is ideal for 2 persons. It is barrier-free and has 50m2 living space with 1 bedroom, bathroom en suite, American kitchen with adjoining dining/living area and fireplace. The separate entrance and the 16m2 terrace with barbecue guarantee your privacy.

Exceptional Comfort & Facilities

Mosquito nets and Air conditioning in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in all rooms provide all year living comfort. The spacious kitchen and small laundry area are fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. The vinoteca confidence bar grants access to selected local wines. Furthermore, common facilities include swimming pool, children's playground, trampoline, basketball hoop and lawn games (volleyball, badminton net, football goals, etc.).

Concerning water and energy requirements, the entire property is up to 70% self-sufficient. Eight solar panels and 300 sunny days per year provide renewable energy for underfloor heating and hot sanitary water supply. State-of-the-art insulation systems grant the highest achievable energy efficiency class (CEE = Certified Energy Efficiency) for rustic buildings. The 6,000 m2 agricultural land, where no pesticides or biocides have been used for the past 40 years, meets the strictest environmental standards.
